Orders and availability
Submitting an online order is a request to purchase. FurnLiving may confirm availability, size/colour selection, delivery access and the final delivery charge before fulfillment. We may contact you if a product, variant or timing request cannot be fulfilled as submitted.
Prices
Website prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Product and delivery prices can change before an order is confirmed. Obvious data-entry or technical pricing errors may be corrected before fulfillment.
Ontario delivery
Delivery is available throughout Ontario. Nearby eligible orders can qualify for free or low-cost delivery. Farther routes are generally estimated using distance at the published per-kilometre rate, subject to route/access conditions. For very long-distance routes, the delivery charge must be deposited before dispatch. Same-day delivery can be available with or without a special delivery charge depending on distance, timing, product size, handling and access.
Delivery access
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and reasonable information about stairs, elevators, loading restrictions, doorway dimensions and other access conditions. Additional handling, waiting, re-delivery or special access can affect the final charge.
Product appearance
Screen colours, lighting and manufacturing batches can cause reasonable appearance differences. Mattress and box-spring product pages include an additional fabric notice where applicable.
Returns and exchanges
The published Return & Exchange Policy forms part of these terms, including the 7-day free return conditions for eligible items and the 5-year exchange policy conditions.

Product descriptions are provided to help with selection and should be read together with listed dimensions, variants, source codes and photographs. Measurements should be checked before ordering, particularly for elevators, stairways and door openings.
