Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order through the website sends an order request. An order is accepted after availability, delivery details and any applicable delivery charge are confirmed. We may contact you if a product, size or delivery option requires clarification.
Prices
Published product prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Delivery, assembly, taxes or special handling can be additional where applicable. Any additional delivery charge is confirmed before fulfillment.
Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for eligible orders and service areas. Some same-day orders may qualify without a special delivery surcharge, while priority timing, longer distance, difficult access, oversized products, additional handling or similar services can require a charge. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed when circumstances outside reasonable control cause delay.
Returns and exchanges
